Nuestro restaurante es atendido por nosotros mismos, es decir por sus propios dueños, Germán Kleinknecht y mi mujer Marlene Fuentes; ella tiene a su cargo preferentemente la cocina, es nuestra chef, y yo Germán me preocupo de la atención de nuestros clientes.

Our restaurant is owner operated by my wife Marlene Fuentes and I German Kleinknecht. She is preferably in charge of the kitchen and is our cheif chef. I manage the attendance of our clients. The meals and the ambiance corresponds to a central european guesthouse.
