Fundado en agosto de 1960 , el Bierstube (Lugar de cerveza), no siempre estuvo ubicado de cara al parque forestal, en sus inicios se encontraba en merced 240, donde permaneció hasta el año 1975.
El público que acude al nuevo Bierstube es totalmente heterogéneo en cuanto a edad y oficio, cuenta su dueño. Y por supuesto también visitado por los alemanes residentes, como profesores del instituto Goethe o personal de la embajada.

Founded in August of 1960, the Bierstube (place of beer) was not always been located in front of the parque forestal. In its beginning it was situated in Merced 240 where it remained until 1975. The customers who came to the new Bierstube is totally heterogeneous refering to age and office, relating to its owner. And of course it is visited by the german residents, like professors of the Goethe institute or the staff of the embassy.
